Wombat cares for children of all ages, from infants to adolescents, admitted for a variety of medical conditions. Children are admitted to Wombat ward both electively and following presentation to our Emergency Department.
Wombat ward is located on the second floor of the North Building, Forest level.
General visiting hours at The Royal Children’s Hospital are from 8am to 12.30pm and 2.30pm to 8pm.
